Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. You don't need to justify it. Because a workbook is a digital file, we can't take it back — we simply ask that you stop using and printing it once refunded.

We will always put these right, and a refund is available if we can't:

• The PDF is corrupt, won't open, or prints incorrectly.
• You received files that don't match the workbook you bought.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Your payment went through but the download never became available.

For a missing download, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we will send your files directly. If we can't deliver them, you get your money back.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or email us at info.softlywired@gmail.com and we'll arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to the payment itself.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under consumer law, and nothing here limits them. Where you live may give you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, and separate rights if the content is faulty or not as described. Digital content that is delivered immediately can be treated differently under some of those rules; at checkout Paddle handles the required customer acknowledgements for immediate delivery. If you believe you have a statutory right that this policy doesn't cover, tell us and we'll honour it.
