Terms
Terms & Conditions
Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms apply when you use Softly Wired, including the free Personalized Daily Planner, or buy one of our workbooks. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
Softly Wired is operated by Johan Bengtsson, an individual seller (sole trader) based in Borås, Sweden. When you buy a workbook you are contracting with us for the product itself, and with Paddle as the reseller for the payment.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and if you are buying on behalf of an organisation you confirm you are allowed to do so.
What you receive
- The Personalized Daily Planner is free: a digital PDF with a functional planner page plus a page explaining what your answers changed, downloaded directly from your result page. No payment and no account are required.
- Both A4 and US Letter versions, undated and reusable, so you can print them as often as you like.
- Workbooks are paid one-time purchases in USD at the price shown on the product page. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no physical product is shipped.
- Access to your workbook download immediately after your payment is confirmed, via your order page.
To download and use the planner you need a current web browser, an internet connection, and software able to open a PDF. Printing requires a printer that supports A4 or US Letter paper. These are your responsibility.
Payment, billing and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms, alongside our Refund Policy.
How you may use the planner
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and print your planner for your own use, including for your own work. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, publish or share the PDF file, or make it available for download elsewhere.
- Present the planner or its wording as your own product, or sell printed copies of it.
- Remove branding or attribution from the file.
We retain ownership of the planner design, the personalization system, the site and all related intellectual property. Your questionnaire answers remain yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to generate and deliver your planner.
Acceptable use of the site
Please don't use the site unlawfully, attempt fraud, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or interfere with its security — for example by probing, scraping, or uploading malicious code.
Not medical or mental-health advice
Softly Wired provides practical, educational planning tools. The questionnaire asks about planning friction and preferences. It is not a diagnostic assessment, it does not identify ADHD or any ADHD subtype, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Planning tools help some people more than others; we do not promise a specific outcome.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep the site and downloads working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and our total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it — including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Suspension
We may suspend or withdraw access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated misuse.
Support and changes
For anything to do with your purchase, download or planner, email info.softlywired@gmail.com. We may update these terms as the product develops; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you purchase.
